Written on the wall

The line is written on the wall at Bacaro, next to the lifebuoy. The rest is simple: fish, wine and a good sunset.
Two terraces
Two terraces, one quay.
Bacaro opened in April 2013 in Tomis Marina. Bacaro 2 joined it right alongside, on the same quay, and today the two terraces share one menu and one view.
You tell them apart by the signs — teal lettering at Bacaro, grey block letters at Bacaro 2 — and by the gingham on the tables. Coffee is made at the Kitchenette window.

From the reviews, in short
Summaries, not quotes — each with its platform and the month it was written.
A brunch on the quay with friends: lovely view, attentive staff and a shakshuka that stood out.
A favourite terrace in the marina: superb view, plenty of seafood to choose from; the fish soup and the grilled fish with polenta come recommended.
The best mussels of their life: big, fleshy, elegantly served, with a harbour view, at a fair price.
A very good seafood platter and a warm welcome from the waitress.
